1. Affected data categories

The following privacy policy describes how we, as a data protection officer, process your personal data for the purpose of initiating an order or a specific order (based on a contract or contract Initiation).

Personal data is stored as follows due to legal requirements:

Calculations max. 7 years according to § 132 Abs. 1 BAO incl. trunk years 

Offers max. 7 years according to  §190, 212 UGB

Order data max. 30 years to guarantee liability claims and spare parts deliveries too. (§13, PHG, legitimate interest of both parties)

3. Data transfer

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be transmitted to any third country. Data protection contracts were concluded with the processors.

4. Your rights in connection with personal data

You have the rights to Information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of data violates data protection law or your data protection Claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. We Always want to present our customers an attractive and up-to-date offer. For this reason in particular, updates to this privacy notice may be required. We therefore advise you to regularly inform yourself About changes on this page.
