General information

Schwarz GmbH Harmonika- und Maultrommelmanufaktur attaches great importance to observing and complying with data protection regulations. In general, data is handled with the greatest possible care and is processed exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions.

The personal data is processed

  1. for the fulfilment of contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1b GDPR),
  2. for the fulfilment of legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1c GDPR),
  3. within the scope of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1a GDPR),
  4. for the protection of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1f GDPR),

Personal data

The personal data provided by you will be processed as part of the provision of our services:

Production and distribution of musical instruments, in particular harmonicas and jew’s harps as well as related products such as DVDs, sheet music etc. and
for the fulfilment of accounting obligations.

We receive the personal data exclusively from you and the data will only be passed on to third parties for the aforementioned purposes. Schwarz GmbH Harmonika- und Maultrommelmanufaktur does not obtain any personal data from third parties.

Storage of data

Your data will be stored for the duration of the entire business relationship, as well as in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations (BAO or Product Liability Act).

Your data will be deleted as soon as the respective contract with you has been fulfilled and there is no longer a legal obligation to store the data. Your data will be deleted after seven years (retention period according to § 132 BAO).

Data from interested parties will be deleted after 2 years at the latest if no business relationship is established.

Rights of data subjects

In accordance with the DSG and DSGVO, you have the right to request information, correction, deletion, blocking, restriction or transfer of the processing of individual or all of your data from Schwarz GmbH at any time without giving reasons.

Furthermore, you have the right to object to the further processing of your data and you can amend, restrict or completely revoke declarations of consent given in whole or in individual points with effect for the future.

You can do this either by post (Schwarz GmbH, Waldeggstraße 1) or by e-mail (office@kaerntnerland.at). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the newsletter and do not pass it on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google that tracks and analyzes our website traffic. It provides insights into user behaviour on our website and helps us to better understand our target group and optimize our online activities.

YouTube is a video platform where users can upload, watch, share, like and comment on videos. If you consent to this service, content from this platform will be displayed on this website.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect our website and our other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of stored data by unauthorised persons. Despite controls, however, complete protection against all risks is not possible.
